Connecting/Reconnecting the monitoring for your Hoymiles inverter system

Scan the QR and install the app on to your smart phone.

Depending on your phone this is what the actual app will look like to download

Log into the App

Access the app on your smart phone

Log in using the Username and Password provided during setup

Connect to the DTU Hotspot

1. Go to your phone Wi-Fi settings

2. Access the list of available Wi-Fi networks

3. Select the network name starting with DTU

4. It should confirm you are connected

5. If your phone shows a notification to let you know this Wifi cannot be connected to the internet, choose stay connected to it.

Login and select ‘Network Config’

Choose your Wifi from the drop down, enter your password and tap ‘Send to DTU’

Connection Succeeded

Once connected, you will see ‘connection succeeded’, and the network status on your app home page will change to a green signal sign.

If you don’t have wifi in your home

If you do not have Wifi or you cannot connect to your DTU to the signal, you can choose to use a CAT5 cable to connect your DTU to your internet modem. Once it is hardwired, please change the connection method to ‘ethernet’ in ‘Network config’.

Please note, you must keep your phone connected to the DTU Wifi signal (‘DTUP-XXXXXX’), otherwise you cannot access the ‘Network Config’ page in your app.

Once connected

Please wait for about 15 - 30 mins for the data to be updated tot he monitoring website.
